The 21st Century After School Program at South Mountain Middle School is accepting applications! This is a free program designed to offer students additional opportunities to learn in a small group setting.  Below you will find more information about the program:

  • 21st Century is held Monday-Thursday 2:45-5:45 pm 
  • The program runs for the entire school year. Students can join at any time.
  • A free dinner will be provided daily.
  • Homework help and academic tutoring in reading and math are offered daily.
  • STEAM Academic Enrichment presentations will be held each week by local providers including Mad Science, The Baum School of Art, Shanthi Project, Camp Fit, and more!
  • Parent and family engagement activities will be offered throughout the year.

If you would like your student to attend, please complete the attached program consent form and return it to the Community School office at South Mountain Middle School.  After your student’s paperwork has been processed, you will get a phone call to notify you of their official start date.
